Michele set up email notifications of all properties within our criteria as soon as they were listed. This helped us spot our desired home in time to make an offer that was accepted before any other offer was received. And Michele put together our offer while on vacation. Michele was quick to respond to all of our inquiries while looking for our home, and during the purchase period. She helped us get inspections (home and septic) before the deadline, and she delayed the final walkthrough until the home had been emptied of personal property and trash. We felt that she was helpful and caring during the entire process.

I found Michelle on Zillow when I was inquiring about a property we were interested in as we prepared to move to the Oregon coast. She volunteered to go check it out for us and give us a Facetime tour if we wanted, since we couldn’t make the trip over, and then when we arrived in Newport she very patiently and knowledgeably

Michelle was perfect for us! She dealt with my just had a baby brain and middle of the night texts (thank god for do not disturb I felt so bad when I realized what time I sent some of the texts).
